IFSO INTEGRATED HEALTH OBSERVERSHIP PROGRAM 2026

IFSO is pleased to present the "IFSO Integrated Health Observership Program in Metabolic Bariatric Surgery 2026", dedicated to its Integrated Health (IH) members.

The IH Observership provides a fantastic opportunity to enable IH members the chance to visit the best MBS centres in the world for a period of one to three weeks, to have an amazing experience and bring back home knowledge and new skills.

At the end of the IH Observership the applicant will receive a Certificate to testify that he/she has completed the IH Observership Program. The winners who complete the IH Observership before the IFSO World Congress in Toronto in September 2026 will receive their Certificate during the Congress, handed over by IFSO IH President and IFSO President.

  • IFSO will provide an educational grant to cover all expenses related to the Observership, for a period ranging from a minimum of one week to a maximum of three weeks. The total amount of the grant will be USD 2,500
  • Any additional expense will be at the IH observer's charge
