          Ingredients

          ●  150g cooked chickpeas (soaked for at least 12h);
          ●  1 Grated carrot (100g)
          ●  1 Onion chopped; (30g)
          ●  ½ cup oatmeal flour (50g)
          ●  1 tablespoon parsley; (10g)
          ●  1 tablespoons chives; (10g)
          ●  1 tablespoon of spice salt.
          ●  1 tablespoon olive oil (15g)
          ●  Salt and dehydrated herbs
