● 90g (3,17oz) or 4 tablespoons of lean Stuffing
ground beef ● 1 average egg
● 5g (0,17oz) or a thin slice of chopped ● 15g (0,52oz) ou 1 tablespoon of diced
onion tomatoes
● salt to taste ● chopped parsley
● 5g (0,17oz) or 1 teaspoon of chopped ● 10g (0,35oz) or ½ medium slice of
garlic chopped mozzarella
● 1 pinch of paprika
