“Chipá” is a Guaraní word (the official language of Paraguay, also spoken in the northeast of
Argentina-Litoral Argentino) which refers to both cakes and breads.
“Guazú” means big, which tells us that chipá guazú is the biggest of the chipas.
          Preparation Time: 30 minutes
          Cooking Time: 40-50 minutes
          Cooking Instructions
          1. Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (350-400°F).
          2. Sauté chopped onions with teaspoon of oil in frying pan (stir fry until tender and
            translucent). Set aside to cool.
          3. Remove corn kernels from the cub with a knife. Blend the corn until it reaches
the consistency of oatmeal, along with 2 eggs, salt and ½ the serving of milk
            (250ml/8.5oz).
          4. In a bowl, combine with remaining 2 eggs, milk, onions and cheese. Mix well and salt
            (to taste).
          5. Spray an 8-inch (20-25cm) pan with vegetable oil and pour the mixture. Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese on top of mixture.
          6. Bake and cook for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
