          Cooking instructions

          Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
          Crumble the drained tuna
          Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.
          Mix tuna, tomato paste, ricotta, paprika, salt, pepper and sun-dried tomatoes
          Brush the pastry sheets with the beaten egg white.

          Spread the stuffing over the pastry sheets, fold the edges and roll up.
          Brush the outside of the roulade with the egg white.
          Bake for 15 minutes. Eat immediately to keep crispiness.
