          Cooking instructions

          Mix the low fat cottage cheese, garlic and fresh herbs
          Add the grated cheese and season with cayenne, pepper and salt
          Spread the mixture over one side of a slice of bread
          Put the tomato slices on top and cover with the other slice
          Toast or grill for 3 to 4 minutes
