          Preparation time:
          24 hours of chickpea sauce and 50 minutes to prepare recipe and bake





          Cooking instructions

          Leave the chickpeas in soak for at least 12 to 24 hours, and remember to change the
          water at least 3 times.
          Cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker with a new water, leaving a little firm.
          After starting the pressure, wait 20 minutes to cook and turn off the heat.
          Then, process chickpeas (still hot) in the blender until forms a puree (do not discard all the
          baking water) and reserve.
          In a saucepan, sauté the olive oil with the onion, carrot, parsley and chives, for about 10
          minutes.
          In a bowl, combine the chickpeas puree  with the carrot stew and set the salt and
          seasonings.
          Finally, add the oatmeal flour, and mix it with your hands until the dough becomes easy
          to shape.
          Make the burger shapes and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
