Cooking instructions
Combine ground beef, salt, onion, garlic and paprika. Mix well. Knead into a medium ball in
the palm of your hand. Then mold in the muffin shape in the muffin pan.
For the stuffing, beat the egg separately and the chopped tomatoes, parsley, salt and
finally the chopped mozzarella.
Stuff the muffin with the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200 C (400 F).
