          Cooking instructions


          1.  Preheat the oven to 180C / 350F / Gas 4.
          2.  Spray a muffin tin with Fry Light and set aside
          3.  Melt the baking spread and allow to cool slightly
          4.  Sift Flour, Protein Powder and baking powder into a bowl
          5.  Stir in the sweetener and cinnamon. Set bowl aside
          6.  Whisk together the eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla essence and baking spread, until smooth
          7.  Stir in the orange zest into egg mixture.
          8.  Add egg mixture into the dry ingredients and combine
          9.  Add in blueberries
          10. Equally spoon mixture into muffin cases
          11. Place in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes (check after 15-20 minutes)
          12. Once cooked, remove muffins from tin and leave to cool
          13. Once cool dust with icing sugar (optional)
