This traditional Polish dessert: Sernik, soft and delicious, 195 kcal per serving, can be
prepared with no effort nor skills. You may share it with your family and friends with no
shame whatsoever.
Cooking instructions
Mix buckwheat flour with lukewarm water with vanilla flavouring and spread the base
mixture at the bottom of the quiche dish. Bake it for 20 minutes in 200 degrees.
Blend yoghurt, quark and eggs with some more vanilla flavouring and xylitol and pour the
mixture on a hot base.Bake it for another 20 minutes in 200 degrees.
Blend berries and pour them over a hot wuark blend. Bake for another 20 minutes in 200
degrees.
Serve hot or cold.
