Cooking instructions
Flatten the chicken breast with a kitchen hammer
Chop up the red pepper to long, straight bits
Add spices and herbs and wrap up the red pepper inside the chicken breast. Tie it up with
cotton, wrap it up in a kitchen foil and put it in the oven for 35-40 minutes in 150 de-
grees.
Pour 2 glasses of water into a steamer pan and steam bits of broccoli and cauliflower
separated for the last 20 minutes before removing the Rolada from the oven.
When broccoli and cauliflower is cooked, blend it separately to create purees.
Remove the Rolada from the oven, cut it in a half and serve it with purees.
