          Preparation – 15 Minutes
          Cooking Time – 15-20 Minutes

          Ingredients

          ●   Fry Light                           ●   57g baking spread (i.e. Stork)
          ●   70g Self Raising Flour              ●   3 medium eggs
          ●   100g Strawberry Protein Powder      ●   142g fat free Greek Yogurt
            (we use PHD Diet Whey)                ●   Zest of 1 orange
          ●   1 level tsp baking powder           ●   1 tsp vanilla essence
          ●   5 tbsp artificial sweetener         ●   100g blueberries
            (to taste – I use 3 tbsp)             ●   Icing sugar to dust (optional)
          ●   3 tsp ground cinnamon
