Cooking instructions
Preheat the oven at 160°
Cut the top of the pepper and remove the seeds and membrane
Stir fry the finely sliced shallot and garlic in olive oil
Add the cubes of chicken and ras-el-hanout as well as the spinach and stir till the spinach
has schrunk
Cook the rice
Mix the chicken spinach mixture with the rice
Season well with pepper and salt
Fill the pepper till the edge and put on a baking tray in the oven for 30 minutes
