Ingredients
(makes 2 servings)
● 150 grams hard-boiled potatoes ● 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
prepared the previous day ● 2 pickles
● ½ tablespoon white flour ● 1 small onion
Add some salt, black pepper to taste ● 1 clove garlic
● 200 Gramm lean minced beef
● 1-2 tablespoons olive oil ● ½ egg
● 1 tomato ● ½ tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, finely
● 100 grams cottage cheese chopped
● ½ bunch chives Add some salt, pepper, paprika to taste
