They can be eaten as breakfast with some plain yogurt and fresh fruits or as a snack.
Serves: 8 small waffles
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking instructions
Preheat the waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt,
cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla extract, soy yogurt, peanut butter, soy milk and artificial
sweetener. Whisk together and set aside.
If needed: lightly spray the waffle iron with baking spray.
Then scoop the batter inside and cook as directed by the waffle iron. It takes mine about
4-5 minutes to get crispy. Remove from the waffle iron and you can choose to eat warm
or let it cool down.
