           Cooking Instructions

           1.  Preheat oven 220°C (425°F, Gas Mark 7).
           2.  Line a baking tray with baking paper.
           3.  Sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
           4.  Rub in the butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
           5.  Stir in sultanas and porridge oats.
           6.  Beat the yoghurt and egg together.
           7.  Add to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
           8.  Divide into 8 equal balls.
           9.  Do not flatten keep upright.
           10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
