        ● 250g scarlet shrimp (carabineros),   ● Carbohydrate: 50g
           peeled and de-veined                Sugars: 3.5g
        ● 4 cups broth made with heads      ● Fat: 7.5g
        ● 2 onion, finely chopped            ● Iron: 3.5mg
        ● 1 red bell pepper, diced          ● Calcium: 100mg
        ● 2 tomatoes, chopped               ● Fibre: 15g
        ● salt and pepper, to taste
        ● 2 Tbsp olive oil
