Cooking Instructions
Cabbage rolls:
1. Start by removing the root part of the cabbage with the help of a knife. Then cut the
cabbage in half and separate the leaves one by one.
2. Boil a pot of water with some salt. Place the cabbage leaves in the boiling salted
water and boil for about five minutes. After boiling, drain the excess water from the
cabbage leaves using a strainer and place them on a plate.
3. For the filling, chop the frozen chicken breast into small pieces and mince it in a
food processor. Then, take the minced chicken in a non-stick pan and sauté it with
1 teaspoon of salt for about 5 minutes. Place the prepared filling inside the cabbage
leaf and roll it tightly.
Bread sauce:
1. Mix egg, cream cheese, and yogurt in a bowl. Dip the stued cabbage rolls into the
sauce and cook in a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Yogurt sauce:
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, dried mint, and finely chopped dill until it
reaches a homogeneous consistency. Place the cooked cabbage on a plate and add
the yogurt sauce on top.
