           Cooking Instructions

           1.  In a small bowl, smash the banana with a fork.
           2.  Add the egg and a tablespoon of natural yogurt and mix it until it gets smooth.
           3.  Add the oat flour and the ground cinnamon and mix it again.
           4.  Pour into a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
           5.  Cover it with quark and blueberry, and its ready to eat.
