           Cooking Instructions

           1.  Preheat the oven to 180°C fan / 200°C convection / 360°F.
           2.  Mix all the dried herbs together and coat the chicken to season. Set aside.
           3.  On a large baking tray, mix the black beans, tomatoes, peppers and red onion
              together with the extra virgin olive oil. Spread out evenly before laying the chicken
              over the top. Bake for 20 minutes, turning the chicken half way through cooking.
           4.  Remove from the oven and squeeze the lime juice over the chicken breasts. Allow
              to rest for 5 minutes before slicing the chicken.
           5.  Assemble by taking a tortilla wrap and adding shredded lettuce, cheese, fajita
              vegetables and chicken, avocado and garnish with chilli slices and coriander to taste.
