           Cooking Instructions

           1.  Mix the king crab meat (reserving some legs for decoration) with natural yogurt,
              1 teaspoon of pink or regular salt, white pepper, and lemon zest; set aside.
           2.  Mash the avocado, season with lemon juice, and add salt.
           3.  Place ¼ of the avocado inside a 6cm ring on a serving plate. Fill it with the king crab
              meat mixture. Carefully remove the ring.
           4.  Serve the lettuce alongside the timbale and garnish with king crab legs.
