           Cooking Instructions

           1.  Place the yogurt in a deep container and add the scoop of chocolate-flavoured
              protein powder. Mix until smooth and lump-free, then set aside.
           2.  In a microwave-safe bowl, add the sheets of gelatin and water. Let it sit for
              2 minutes, stir, then microwave for 10 seconds. Continue stirring until dissolved.
           3.  Next, add the dissolved gelatin to the container with the yogurt and protein
              powder mixture. Mix well and pour into silicone moulds if possible. Refrigerate for
              half an hour, then unmould. To serve, wash 80g of strawberries and use them for
              decoration. Ready to serve and enjoy.
