          Mix the ground flaxseed with 2 tablespoons of water and leave to stand. Crumble the
          tofu with your hands in a bowl. Blitz the onion and parsley in a blender. Combine the
          onion-parsley-mixture, the breadcrumbs and the flaxseed gel with the tofu and season
          with salt and pepper. Knead to a homogeneous mass with your hands and let rest for
          about 15 minutes. In the meantime, make the marinara sauce: heat the tomato sauce
          and the remaining water in a saucepan. Season with salt and oregano and simmer over
          a low-medium heat for about 20 minutes. Form 12 rather firm balls from the tofu mass
          with your hands. Heat the olive oil in a wide pan and fry the tofu balls on medium heat
          for about 8 minutes on all sides until golden brown. Then place on a plate and pour over
          some marinara sauce and serve.
