Preheat the oven to 329 °F (200 °C).
Lay out the baking tray with baking paper and spread thinly with canola oil.
Mix cottage cheese with ground almonds, flour, chili, salt and pepper. Form 8 balls of
mixture and place them on the tray. Spread the balls with a spoon to create 8 mini pizza
(Taler) and bake in the hot oven for 10-13 minutes.
In the meantime peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Wash the tomato and dice it. Mix
onion, tomato, herbs, pepper and mozzarella.
Take out the Talers from the oven, then carefully turn over with a spatula. Top the Talers
with tomato mixture and bake them for another 10 minutes. Then garnish with basil
leaves and enjoy your meal!
You can eat it hot or cold.
As you wish, you can mix your onion with tuna or with ham instead of tomato!
