          Ingredients

          for 2 persons (2 servings):
          ●  1 block (200 g) of regular firm or extra firm tofu
          ●  1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional, but it adds umami flavor to the dish)
          ●  1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

          ●  1 clove of garlic
          ●  400 ml of plain tomato sauce
          ●  10 small black olives

          ●  1 teaspoon of dried oregano
          ●  2 tablespoons drained, canned capers
          ●  Salt, black pepper
