           Cooking Instructions

           1.  Hydrate the unflavoured gelatine in 30cc of warm water.
           2.  Blend the chicken along with the broth and spices.
           3.  Microwave the unflavoured gelatin for 30 seconds and add to the previous
              preparation.
           4.  Blend again until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
           5.  Refrigerate in a non-stick mould for 2 hours.
           6.  Unmould and serve.
           You can add ½ scoop of unflavoured protein. May be served with toast or crackers, or as
           a filling in a sandwich. It is delicious and high in protein.
