           Cooking Instructions

           1.  In a blender, place oats, soy milk, cocoa, tofu, a few drops of lemon juice, and
              sweetener. Blend until smooth cream.
           2.  Pour the cream into a saucepan and cook until the pudding thickens.
           3.  Pour the pudding into a glass, add yogurt and fruits.
