Cooking Instructions
1. Green zucchini is grated and its juice is completely squeezed out. Add zucchini,
parsley, dill, egg, spices (baking soda, salt, black pepper, red pepper powder) and
whole wheat flour and mix in a single bowl until you get a smooth consistency.
2. Shape the mixture into meatball size and transfer it to a baking tray lined with
baking paper. Bake in a preheated 200°C (392°F) oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Serve with yoghurt.
It is important for patients who have undergone bariatric surgery to have the habit
of consuming healthy food at home in order to lose weight and maintain their current
weight. Bariatric surgery patients can consume this dish, which is unique to Turkish
cuisine, during strict diet periods. Mücver dish is very practical and nutritious as it is
made by mixing all the ingredients in a single bowl.
