Cooking Instructions
1. Cut the zucchini into 4cm thick pieces and remove the core.
2. Remove the seeds from bell peppers and chop them.
3. Mince the garlic.
4. Mince shrimp.
5. Add minced shrimp, bell pepper, garlic and pepper to a bowl and mix to make
the filling.
6. Add the filling to the zucchini.
7. Cook the zucchini in a steamer for 10 minutes.
