          Cooking instructions

          Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
          Mix the chicken breast, the egg, oregano, salt and pepper (this mixture will be the “base
          dough” of the pizza) Shape 4 rounds of 1cm thick dough on parchment paper.
          Bake and cook for 10 minutes.
          Mix the fresh cheese and the tomato paste.
          Remove the dough rounds from the oven  and garnish with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle
          with smoked ham and grated cheese.
          Put back in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
          Serve hot.
