          Cooking instructions

          1.  Add gelatin powder in ¼ bowl of warm/room temperature water. Leave to rest for 10
            minutes.
          2.  Drain silken tofu from packaging and place in blender.
          3.  Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
          4.  Place in cups or container and leave in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4
            hours. Serve immediately.
