Cooking instructions
1. Pat the tofu dry on kitchen paper and then grate it
2. Steam the spinach for 1 minute, squeeze out the excess water and chop finely.
3. In a big bowl mix tofu, spinach, salt, pepper and roasted gram flour
4. Using your hands shape the mixture into neat round kebabs
5. If you are making the kebabs in advance, cover them with clean film and store in the
refrigerator till required
6. Heat a non-stick pan, add a little oil and grill the kebabs on both sides until they are
golden brown (approximately 7-10 minutes)
7. Serve hot with tomato/ chili sauce
