                                        Cooking instructions
                                        1.  Cook chicken breast in cold water pan, add Chinese
                                           ginger onions and Chinese cooking wine, boil water
                                           for 10 minutes.
                                        2.  Cut eggplant (cut in to 4 inch) into segments and
                                           steam in a steamer for 10 minutes.
                                        3.  Tear the cooked chicken breast and eggplants into
                                           shreds
                                        4.  Add Garlic clove, crushed 15g,Mix the sauce
                                           ingredients(2-7)together in a bowl 
                                        5.  Mix the sauce with the Chicken breast & eggplant
                                           just before serving.
