          Cooking instructions

          1.  Heat milk in a saucepan over moderate heat, dissolve sugar in it. Add the ginger juice.
          2.  Beat the eggs and mix it into the cooled sweetened milk. Add the myotein powder.
          3.  Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove foams.
          4.  Pour the egg mixture into small cups/bowls then cover tightly with foil
          5.  Steam for 10 minutes over low heat.
          6.  After 10 minutes, uncover and gently shake the pudding to see if it is cooked.
          7.  Serve hot / cool it down and chill in fridge.
