          Cooking instructions

          Mix all ingredients then spread evenly over chicken breast and keep it for marination for
          30 minutes in refrigerator.
          Thread the chicken on to 4 wooden skewers along with some chunks of red onion and
          yellow and green bell pepper. Cook under the grill at medium heat for 15-20 minutes,
          turning often until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with salads and yoghurt.
