Cooking Instructions
1. Cut the white fish into squares. Chop the onions in very fine sticks. Peel the shrimp.
Place together to marinate in a bowl along with lemon juice and salt for at least
20 minutes.
2. In the meantime, heat the olive oil, and when hot fry the spaghetti for 2 minutes.
Remove the shrimp from marinade, and add to spaghetti and fry for one minute.
3. Pour the coconut milk in the marinade, mix and add the coriander leaves.
4. Once ready, peel and cut the avocado in slices and plate everything. Finally spread
dried coconut at top. Decorate the borders with the spaghetti. Now you are done...
