Cooking instructions
● Whisk the eggs and low-fat milk in a shallow bowl until smooth.
● Dip one sheet of rice paper into the mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
● Repeat with 4 more sheets, stacking them neatly on top of one another.
● Using a knife, or scissors, cut the stack to form one triangle and two semi-circles.
● Place one semi-circle vertically on top of the triangle.
● Spread 2.5 tablespoons of tuna flakes evenly over the semi-circle rice paper and top
with ½ slice of edam cheese.
● Place the other semi-circle rice paper horizontally over the filling.
● Spread another 2.5 tablespoons of tuna flakes evenly over the horizontal semi-circle
rice paper and top with ½ slice of edam cheese.
● Form the croissant by rolling the stack from the bottom of the triangle up to the tip.
● Repeat with the remaining rice papers to make a second croissant.
● Place the croissants on a parchment-lined paper/tray.
● Bake in the air-fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C OR 392°F.
