Cooking Instructions
1. Boil the lentils and coarsely grind to paste.
2. Combine all ingredients, in a medium mixing bowl, and mix well into a fine paste.
3. Divide into 6 portions and mixture into round, flat patties.
4. Lightly grease non-stick pan with 1-2 tablespoons oil.
5. Cook the patty on slow flame on both sides until crispy and golden brown in colour.
6. Serve hot with salad on the side and yogurt dip.
