Preparation
Number of servings: 4 (small sizes)
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
● 100g boneless minced chicken
● 50g paneer/Indian cottage cheese
● 30g raw grated carrot
● 30g raw spinach
● 1 whole egg
● 5g fresh crushed garlic
● 5g fresh crushed ginger
● 5g fresh green chilli
● 5g cooking/olive oil
● 5g salt
● 2.5g cumin seeds
● 2.5g coriander powder/seed
● 2.5g ajwain (optional)
Cooking Instructions
1. Wash boneless chicken, paneer, carrot and spinach properly.
2. Boil chicken, carrot and spinach.
3. Take a pan, heat ½ teaspoon oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, garlic, green chilli
and coriander seeds/powder. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add boiled chicken, paneer, carrot and spinach.
5. Add salt and a small amount of water and again sauté for 1-2 minutes.
6. Mix all the ingredients to combine well.
7. Let cool, then grind all ingredients to a thick paste.
