● ½ scoop (16g) vanilla whey protein
powder (can substitute unflavoured
or use protein powder of choice)
● 3 Tbsp cocoa powder (100% cacao, Nutritional Facts
naturally unsweetened)
● 2 Tbsp water Per serving (2 tablespoon serving size)
● ½ Tbsp liquid sugar substitute ● Calories: 131kcal
