        Preparation

        Number of servings:  5
        (each serving is 2 tablespoons)
        Preparation time:  30 minutes

        Ingredients

        ● 1 avocado, ripened (about 180g
           unpeeled or 150g peeled and pit
           removed)
        ● ½ scoop (16g) vanilla whey protein
           powder (can substitute unflavoured
           or use protein powder of choice)
        ● 3 Tbsp cocoa powder (100% cacao,   Nutritional Facts

        ● ½ Tbsp liquid sugar substitute     ● Calories: 131kcal
