 Pureed Soybean Soup


         Cooking Instructions
 DaYe Kim  1.  Add 100g of chicken breast and 10g of pepper to 250ml of water and boil for 10

 Suitable for both people living with overweight and obesity, and following bariatric surgery  5.  Put 10g of perilla oil, 10g of green onion, 20g of onion, 100g of chicken breast, and
            10g of minced garlic in a pot and stir-fry for 2 minutes
         6.  Add 50g of kimchi and stir-fry for 2 minutes
         7.  Add 200g of Pureed Soybean Soup, 10g of dried shrimp and boil for 10 minutes
